In case clients are not allowed to reach our base, we can issue a voucher of the value of the amount already paid so they can change dates and we will use the paid amount for the next charter (of course if client choses a superior boat he should pay the difference).
Regarding the voucher, issued in case the crew is unable to come due to official restrictive measures that create a real impediment to come ( i.e. boarder close, flight cancellation, airport closed, compulsory quarantine in Sardinia) it can be used for a future charter.
It will be automatically deducted from the new charter price and recorded as first payment. The final balance is due one month before the embarkation, if needed 15 days before departure is acceptable, too. A rescheduling can be negotiated 4 weeks before embarkation.
Please note that a compulsory test for coming tourists, does not automatically constitute a valid reason to cancel the booking. When informed in advance, clients are able to equip themselves with a valid test ( the situation will be managed time per time ), as successfully happened in September 2020 when serologic test was compulsory to come to Sardinia.
